There is an increase in chronic Back Pain problem worldwide. An important reason for this is our modern 21st Century Lifestyle. We are sitting for long hours at work and sitting for many hours at home. As a result, many modern office workers and executives are now suffering from acute lumbar pain. Back Pain can also be associated with leg pain, due to nerve pressure in the spine. This can cause the pain to occur in the buttock, back and side of the legs and even the foot.

I appreciate you mentioning that these slipped discs put pressure on the nerves, resulting in back discomfort, leg pain, numbness, tingling, and, if the situation worsens, even limb paralysis. My sister has a disc herniation. I'll advise her to seek back pain relief.
